I will join you too. I have a major problem with sugar and really can't have anything with refined sugar in it without going on a binge. I've had no sugar since Halloween. Homemade banana bread with maple syrup instead of sugar helps curb my sweet tooth.

I am excited for this challenge. I've been up and down on my weight for the last couple of years. I've been trying to get to my ultimate goal weight of 130 for awhile, but something always gets in the way. I also have a tendency to plateau around 145. Not this time! To 142 and beyond!
