I buy the 365 brand from Whole Foods - the chocolate is really yummy.

I usually just cover it with a bottle of beer, then cook until you can shred the pork. Shred the pork then add Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce until it is saucy enough to my liking (I don't drain the beer). Then cook another hour or two.

I like to eat the plain nonfat with a banana on top and a little bit of maple syrup and a few chopped pecans. It sounds weird, but is really good.
