I am looking for a yummy pork roast recipe, anyone have any good ways you cook a pork roast in a crockpot???

I usually just cover it with a bottle of beer, then cook until you can shred the pork. Shred the pork then add Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce until it is saucy enough to my liking (I don't drain the beer). Then cook another hour or two.0

Season the pork roast really heavy with garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, and a little cumin if you like. Put in the crock pot, add tons of onions and mild green chilis, then add some diced tomatoes. When the roast is fall apart tender, pull it like you would for any pulled pork and mix in the veggies and juices it was cooked in. Its great, low calorie, and if you have kids, they will love it on a bun with melted cheese..0
