I weigh 200# and I can burn 900 calories in an hour doing Zumba. An hour of HIIT Boot Camp averages 800 calories an hour for me. And I wear an HRM too.

#1 looks really good but I would be worried about the work function part of it. Also if you haven't thought of it yet, can you sit down in it. It's a banquet so you want to be able to be comfortable sitting. I think the belt would become very uncomfortable after awhile digging into the tummy or the "girls" #2 looks good…

I agree with the water retention. If you just started a new routine with the lifting, the muscles are holding onto the water. Keep doing it and give it a week or two for your body to adjust!
