I found these on Pinterest a couple of months back, and I make them all of the time. They're wonderful! To give them a flavor punch, I layer in turkey pepperoni instead of ground turkey, and halved sun-dried tomato and mozza Skinny Cow wedges instead of ricotta. Everyone drools when you pull them out of the oven!

I have been trying to figure out how I can still eat Lasagna while being on a diet. This will help. Thank you for sharing!

Bump. I make something like this but it is more of a tex mex type. I use a little ground sausage with salsa and tex mex cheese. Top with a little light sour cream and green onions. Maybe not the healthiest but in moderation its great. Plus they are tiny and my SO eats most of them before I can get them out of the oven.

    Thanks for the recipe.

I saw something similar on the Today Show a while ago but instead of using the muffin tin the cook dropped some of the filling on the bottom of the wanton and then covered the top with the 2nd wanton and put them in his hand and pressed his hands together to squeeze the air out and then dropped them in boiling water to cook the wantons.

  • made these on Sunday...not using this recipe, but they were the same basic idea...in fact I just ate 2 of them for lunch before posting. they are delicious...

haven't tried freezing them, maybe next time around i'll freeze a couple to see how they keep. i would recommend them to anyone who asked about them...

Saw this today at work and thought I would come home and make it myself. They are absolutely delicious and filling as well. Thank you so much for the find and add.

    I made these last night.

An easier thing would be to use jarred/leftover spaghetti sauce. I used 2 small cans of tomato sauce and the dried herbs per the recipe, but didn't care for the flavor it gave. .

Also, letting them set up for a little while after you take them out of the oven helps them hold their shape. The first couple we took out fell apart, but the later ones stayed together better.
