Thanks for your comment, I drink ice water throughout the day and I wonder if that might be the stimulus. They aren't cold at the moment but I will pay attention to the color next time they get gold. Have you been able to treat this effectively?

You can go to Settings and change your weekly goal if you want. Personally I just don't worry about anything but the net calories and even then I really only look at the average for the week. I just microwave Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal mixed with cinnamon and about 8 blueberries. For me it is 1 min 45 secs and then add 1/2 cup of skim milk. It's fast, simple and I like the taste plus you get the added benefits of the cinnamon and blueberries in addition to the oatmeal.
