  • This week I really wanted to eat all the comfort foods I could imagine, although I really didn't have much appetite. Although I did have some foods that were not on my plan, I didn't give in and eat what my brain said would make my heart feel better. To me, that's a big win.

  • I modified the recipe - used only 1/4 cup maple syrup, used half cacao powder half chocolate protein. Was not as sweet as some would like, but I really enjoyed these. Will play around a little more with the recipe, though.

  • Finished day 1 of level 1 just now. My feet did not leave the floor, I just bounced on those moves. Did butt kicks without leaving the floor, so about half the number but with correct form. Modified everything to death, but I did it!

  • LOL. I visited California once - San Diego and Coronado's Silver Strand Beach. It was a wonderful time and everyone was sooooo fit. I was about 28 pounds lighter than I am now and I felt like a whale! :wink: I may visit again someday, but it will be after I reach goal weight here on the ranch.
