I sent some of y'all requests. =) I really need some accountability and support. Sometimes, it doesn't feel like I get any from my husband or friends. I feel like a lot of times, I have no self control either! And, I'm not getting my exercise in like I should. =(

I had two mini single kit kats that a co-worker brought in for everyone. And, we had pizza for dinner but I was still under my calories for the day. No major splurging or going over, like I thought I would. Actually down 1.3lbs this morning when I weighed in so that's good! ~Charity =)

I am celebrating the fac that I just went and got my boss a couple of candy bars from the snack machines for her and then I went back to my desk and ate some raw veggies as a snack! Bam! That...would have never happened in the past...I would have gotten myself a candy bar for sure. :bigsmile: ~Charity

I'm still here! It's hard to track my weight on here when I'm using a different scale from here than the scale for my work weight loss challenge that I am using my ticker for. But, I'm staying strong with my healthy eating..whole foods! I've been getting in at least 6 servings of veggies and 3 servings of fruit each day…

It says 0lbs on my ticker because I'm going to keep this counter up with my scale at work for our biggest loser at work competition. And I won't weigh in with them until Monday. But, down 3lbs on my home scale! Still will celebrate! :drinker:

I love love love soups! Unfortunately my favorite was to eat them with bread or a lot of cheese so I am now trying to get used to cutting most of that out. But, I still love my soups. A good beef and veggie stew or chicken noodle. I think my favorite is Chicken tortilla soup though! :drinker:
