Well apparently that loss was due to me being dehydrated. And then we got some ice and snow...snacked too much while being at home for 3 days straight :grumble: So, then I was back up 3lbs...grrrrr! Back on track today..but still bummed that I'm back up. :sad: How's everyone else doing? ~Charity

Day 3 for me to! Trying to be really good today since tomorrow is Thanksgiving! I'm just gonna say I'm not going to count the calories tomorrow. I'm not going crazy or anything. So what is everyone doing to accomplish their weight loss? I've dropped my calorie goal by 50. So, now my goal is to eat right at 1500 calories. I had this debate as well. I think both the flex and one are great products! I chose the one however, because I wanted the option to not have it visible and I love the screen option. So, I'm also interested in a Fitbit. This new one coming out, how do you check to see where you are for the day during the day? It doesn't look like you can read a screen like the fitbit one. Any ideas as to how the Flex will work?
