Well I did it. I got down below 250! 8/1/12 SW - 287.4 9/12/12 Weight at start of this challenge - 271.6 12/20/12 CW - 248.0 I also met all of my behavioral goals. I did, however. up my calories to losing 1lb/wk (1840 calories). I hope everyone else is well!

With a two month old it is too difficult for me to get out in the am to run. By the time I am home from work it's dark outside. No way am I going to run outside in NYC at night. I only run outside about 1 day a week when my workout falls on a weekend. I actually find it easier to run outside. I get more distracted versus…

Staring that big number that you have to lose in the face is really tough. I've lost 22 since August 1st and I'd like to lose another 98. The number overwhelms me sometimes and makes me sad. Then a new day comes and I try to stay the course. One day at a time. One foot in front of the other. We're here to cheer you on!
