I didn't go over my calories but for some reason up 3lbs. Getting lots of exercise and drinking water. I'm not going to give up. My goal today is to stick with this despite what the scale says.

SW 206 CW 200 GW 196 by st Patrick's day. Lost 6lbs. A great start but the first 10 lbs are easy to loose then it gets hard for me. Goal this weekend is to stay within calories. Much harder to do on the weekends!

So far I'm on track! This is only day 5. I'm already feeling better. Today's goal is to stay under my calories, as fridays are usually harder for me. Have a great day everyone

I was wondering if anyone has compared the wheat grass capsules compared to fresh wheat grass juice. The juice is so gross, i just can't do it. Just ordered some really great capsules that are supposed to be the best. Just wondering if anyone has tried both and what they think. Of course fresh is best......but......
