I'm not a help as I eat junk. I just try to keep it in moderation, or else I'll binge if I feel deprived. I try to stay within my calories for the day. It's working for me. Don't buy junk so it's not accessable, preplan your meals, pre log your meals, and drink lots of water. Best of luck!!

Wow! I feel like a slacker now lol! I started Jan. 1/12 at 300 pounds. I have lost about 65 pounds. I have gained muscle too. My goal weight is 180 but if I hit the 100's again...I'll scream it off a mountain!!! I am 36 and 5'8" and a large frame. Keep up the great work everyone!!! :flowerforyou:

Thanks all! It's so nice to have such supportive people on here. I love this app!!! I didnt eat chocolate, but I am extra hungry so I am eating more than usual for lunch. I am trying to drink more water too. I will try my bike again tonight. My faith is faltered but not lost.

Trips to the local convieience store to buy out all the junk food. I still eat junk but not like $20 worth in a sitting!!!

I am amazed!!! I am just about half an inch taller perhaps but i was the same size 24 Jan. 1! Myu kids are older, but we are about the same age too. I was 300 pounds and I am about half way to my goal. Inspirational!!!

I'm 5'8" and I would love to weigh 180 lbs. its recommended for large frames to weigh about 160, but I think that is too skinny on me. Realisitcally if I can see the 100"s again I would be sooo happy! 199 is still quite far away for me. Slow and stready...

Women put all kinds of things in their bras...I most certainly do. I wonder if these radio waves or whatever would cause breast cancer? I try not to put my iphone in my bra but have done it many times along with my money or bank card ect.

All of this sounds sooo good! I have to admit that I love most foods waaay too much. Pasta, cheese, pizza, tacos, Junk, all of it. I can not choke down red wine though. I fit it in my cals for the day. I confess I thought about eating cookies for a meal...but I realised I could only have a few of them to add up to a normal amount of cals per meal and I didn't want to be hungry. Moderation and not deprivation for me.

I am 36 and I wear pig tails. I have hair that goes to my lower back so it doesn't stick out. A person's hair style should not have an age.

It depends on your age and weight. The more overweight you are, the easier it is to lose, I think. I have lost 42 pounds in 4 months so far. I am not very active though but try to watch my food.

A rule of thumb is to get it in places where you do not lose or gain weight a lot.
