Just baked 4 muffins halfed the recipe and added 1 T of honey plus cinnaamon came in around 87 calories I like them most of the time banana bread is better after it has set but not to bad considering. I did use WW PaSTRY flour they didnt seem to fall

I buy eas premade about $ 5 for 4 not as cheap but sooo easy 110 cal just an idea can even have it with a few crackers etc but helps to fill you up

yeah I find preplanning helps and I almost always play with it to try and get it closeSometimes I find I am subbing foods for like an hour that just seems crazy is 1 gram of fat over really going to matter :)

Thanks Dave I have it set for 40/30/30 c/f/p right now. I am not sure if it right but that was what was suggested when I increased my cal from 1200 and so far it seems to have helped :)

I made some this week used pam olive oil spray they were pretty good DH ate almost all I had cooked so I only got to tast I think that you have to watch close so they are dry and crisp but not burnt I checked at 10 min and each after that cooked for about 13 min

I must say it doesn't make sense really to me either and I know everyone is different but I was on 1200 from mfp and just upped mine to 1600 this week the scale is moving faster already . Well might not be healthiest BUT I say if I can fit it in my calories then I can have it. I mostly stay on the healthy side but cravings just have to fit in my goals. I drink protein everyday and can not think of them the same as icecream though lol
