I love love love love dancing!! Zumba is my favorite. All through out middle and high school I did tap dancing and boy does that give you a leg workout. I miss it lots! I have actually though about taking a class at the college!

I do it everyday possible, but I will take a day off here and there. I also throw in zumba almost everyday because I feel like a 20 minute workout with just a few minutes of cardio is not enough. We are not very far on our wedding planning either. We were hoping for fall/winter 2012 but that might not be enough time. The only thing I have is my wedding dress!!! Because I won one!!! Wedding planning is very stressful! I am not in a huge hurry though. We have the rest of our lives together why rush the beginning :)

Well we have a bunch of friends over today. Guys and girls. So I do not want to work out in front of them. I was thinking take today as my rest day and work out hard tomorrow when everyone leaves. Also I think we are all gonna play dance central so I can get a workout in without anyone knowing

I am currently 232. I have lost 6 pounds since January 1st! I am also a full time student and work full time at an assisted living facility. After one song on Wii dance I am sweatin! I think it is a great work out! I try for atleast a half hour of it. It really all depends on how much effort you put into it though. I have been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and an hour of zumba everyday and I feel great! Plus I have lost 6 pounds in 5 days! I am guessing mostly water weight but hey its still 6 pounds!!!!!

Day 3 done!! I got interrupted half way through the video for about 5 minutes so I felt like my workout was not as great but I will go to zumba tonight then do it all over again tomorrow :)

I go to the gym and do zumba everyday for an hour! It is a lot of fun and loosens up my body a little bit! It adds a nice kick to the 30 day shred.
