If it's sugar from fruit. I write it off. Because they're not added sugar. when it's added sugar I worry. I don't know about protein, if you want to build muscle, i don't see why that would be tooooo much of an issue though.

as above. depends on you. I was walking 3+kms a day. now i do 3kms a day on the treadmill. but i try to run in there too. Start off easy with walking and see if anything else appeals to you. - I do strength training once a week with a personal trainer at my gym too.

on a "normal" day when I am not off the wagon like i have been lately. I was having a hard time hitting the 1200 calories. I agree. as long as you aren't starving yourself. you are feeling good. then don't worry too much about it. if it goes on for too long and you start feeling flat, then you know the issue ;)
