I have either cold overnight oats (almond milk, oats, honey, fruit, and nuts) or an english muffin with avocado and eggs. Both options are super quick to make and fill me up for a fair while.

As someone who comes and goes a bit with logging, for that exact reason of the time and remembering to do it, I suggest just logging for a week to give it a shot. At the least, it will give you an idea of how your average diet adds up and if your idea of what you are eating is right. If it is, then you may not need to log…

Thank you both :) Its been hard, losing cheese was horrible, haha :( But I feel better for it and that's what matters. And Rockstar, fingers crossed! I think a large amount of mine is anxiety related now that I've got my diet a bit better managed, so I'm hoping that the exercise side will help my anxiety/stress.

Hi, I'm 5'10 and my goal is 150 pounds, I think (68kgs, converter says that's 150lbs). I'm currently at 161lbs apparently, so close :)

http://www.food.com/recipe/blueberry-pancakes-milk-free-egg-free-92649 Vegan blueberry pancakes (well, if you replace the margarine with nuttelex) I've only tried this recipe once - but for vegan baking, really enjoyed it. I swapped half the flour for wholemeal flour and added a teaspoon of vanilla. Plan on playing around…

I have a Subway 5 minutes walk away, eat it far too often. 6" Veggie delight on white bread. With lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, (super heavy) olives, (heavy) pickles, (light) onion and sweet onion sauce. The only thing I've changed in 7 years is adding carrot. And occasionally I change the bread.

I've always loved the treadmill - hated outside. But my reasons are because I like seeing the numbers. I like how I can say 'I'm going to run __ speed for __ time', and see it happen. Although recently I've found an app for my phone that I can set to tell me all that stuff (plays my playlist, but interrupts it for updates)…
