Me! I'm 5'7'' and started off at 180 in a size 14-16. I'm down to 163 and in a juniors 11 but I'd love to get into a size 6 or 8. My goal was originally 150 but I think I'll make it even lower.

Personally I feel like counting calories is much easier for both short and long term goals. I did Atkins and South Beach and lost weight, but ballooned right back up once I stopped.

Thanks for the input. It must be bloating from the carbonation. I'll see if I can find little cans of the real stuff. Sometimes I just want a little taste.
