You can use butter as long as it's real butter - no margarine and no spreadable butter because it contains vegetable oil. ^^ According to Dax Moy anyway which is 100% pure natural foods.

Completely agree. Breastfeeding too. Women have this idea that they have to ten times more when nursing. Instead they should be eating healthy and within reason. It's also dangerous for the baby if their mother's are overweight!!
