I limit my snacks. I don't see where I can cut back anymore. I've been doing about 1500 cal a day with burning 2-300. Maybe a visit to a trainer would help Thanks for your comment

Thanks for your comments. I'm scared to death to eat more although everybody tells me I should. Maybe I'll give that a try and change my workout a little thanks all

Anything mushy. Oatmeal,grits,yogurt,pumpkin pie..... I think it's s consistency thing.

I had the same problem. I found that if I plan out my snacking it works out well. Leave a few calories for the unexpected.

I hear ya... I went from a 46 to the same 36/38. I'm wearing some 40's but I swim in them.

HI So many time I've heard "Can't find time to exercise". You can. All you need is 20 minutes every other day. Take a walk, walk a treadmill etc. You'll find you'll burn about 400 to 500 calories a week doing that and tone your muscles and enhance your metabalism. Married 36 yrs, I think the biggest thing is acceptance of each other. Accept each others faults and don't be afraid to day I'm sorry even when you know you're right. But.... it's a two way street. Good Luck

I use Mission whole wheat tortillas for the base.

I try to eat nothing, but usually give in to an apple or banana.
