What do you mean by not losing much weight. If you are following MFP correctly, you should lose 1-2 pounds per week. If you are not losing, you are eating more calories than you need for weight loss. If you are not eating back calories now and you are not losing weight, don't start eating calories as it would be…

Drinking a lot of water can help with that always hungry feeling. You can get a lot of veggies and fruits for a small amount of calories. They tend to fill me up pretty well. I also have the protein and good fats (nuts, avocados, etc) during the day to go with it. Sugar free jello is another good option to help you feel…

I am prone to binging at night so I have cut myself off after 7PM. I tell myself that I just don't need it and I can eat again in the morning. If I am really feeling a craving, I tell myself that I am really thirsty instead of hungry and drink a big glass of water. It is tough but I have found that for me it takes will…

As long as you feel good, you should be fine. The 1000 estimated burn may not be entirely accurate anyway. I usually try to eat back half of calories burned with exercise, so in your case, I would consume 2600 (2100 + 500). Listen to your body. If you feel good, don't worry too much about those extra 200 calories.

If you weigh 350+ and you are just starting, it is totally possible. From your profile pic, it appears that your starting weight is significantly less than that. 15 pounds in 1 month is not healthy or reasonable. Set your goal for .5 or 1 pound per week and go at a safe and sustainable pace.

Tomorrow make a shake with just fruit and 1 other ingredient. Did you get sick? If not, add another ingredient the next day. Repeat until you find the culprit and then stop using the offending supplement.

Ok I see the error of my ways... you are right and I am wrong. There is only 1 correct way to run on a treadmill - your way. And if someone doesn't do it that way, they are better off not even doing it at all.

I never said that I hold the handrails at 15% but there is no reason for you to jump all over someone that does something differently than you. There is not a single way to do something and some people have legitimate reasons to hold the hand rails. As long as they are moving, it is a positive thing.

[/quote] What's your point? If no incline is too easy, then incline it. I'm betting that doing a 10% incline with no hands burns more than the same speed holding on at 15%. See who gives up first. If one is looking for bragging rights, then the one at 15% incline wins right? A.C.E. Certified Personal and Group Fitness…
