I'm addicted to food, plain and simple. I ate when I wasn't hungry because I wanted the taste of something good. I craved it like a smoker craves nicotine. I know I'll always have this problem but now I'm strong enough to fight back.

Thanks, everyone :) I DO feel a ton better and it's nice to actually buy medium clothing instead of XXL. I actually bought a SMALL winter coat today. They probably run big but it still felt good. :)

I have been using one for the better part of the year. Although I really love it, there are some things I do not like as well. It seems to calculate steps and stairs (by 10 foot increments) pretty accurately. It treats stairs and hills the same; 10 feet up is 10 feet up. It also calculates your rate of movement very well.…
