So much has changed in the way I view myself. I spew confidence 24 hours a day. I find it a pleasure to wear smaller, more fitted clothing instead of always wearing baggy things. It actually took a while to get used to how clothes are SUPPOSED to fit because I had been wearing huge things for so long. I have confidence…

You'll get 100 different answers from 100 different people on this. Do what you feel you're most comfortable with. Personally, I eat back as much as I can but hardly ever balance out. If I'm not hungry, I'm not going to force myself to eat because I need more calories. Sometimes, I enjoy the fact I have more than usual…

There are few things finer in life than sitting back with a hot cup 'o Joe on a chilly day.

- I had to buy two new wedding rings over the past year. Went from a size 11.5 to a 9 - My size 34 slim straight jeans are big enough in the waist to tuck a shirt in without straining the button (started at 44 relaxed) - I have been buying medium shirts for the past month. In Jan I was in XXL. - I brought down my winter…

I was in the same boat as far as McDonald's. One normal meal for me was: 20 chicken nuggets 1 Big mac 1 Double Cheeseburger (or a second Big Mac) 2 Medium Fries I love hot wings. I eat them in moderation now, but I used to finish off 50 wings with celery and blue cheese, 8 moz sticks, and a steak and cheese in one sitting.…

There are plenty of success stories here that can help you and LOTS of great advice that can aid in your success but it all comes down to setting your sights on the prize. Some things that have helped me are: 1. Take pictures of yourself. Even if you keep them private, pictures of…

No less than three per week at the gym. I try to sneak in a forth if I can, but three minimum for an hour each day. On off days, I still try to get in body resistance stuff like push-ups, sit-ups, etc.

I am down to 178 right now, but the most recent picture I have is at 188 from last month. I concentrated on cardio for the first 9-10 months or so with very light strength training but over the past month or two, I strength train four times a week and have dropped the cardio to 25%.
-
An hour at the most. 15m in cardio to warm up and get the heart rate going and about 45 mins of strength training.

It's great to see so many 'personality' replies because I'm one ugly mother! I assume my wife would also say 'personality'. :)

I pop my little iPod Shuffle in my pocket. It's tiny, adds zero weight, and holds plenty of tunes for a workout.
