This plus shoveling a little snow and some Kinect Sports with the family. Merry Christmas.

I hardly drink soda anymore but when I do, it's Coke Zero.

Total lifestyle change. Diets don't last because as soon as you think you're "done", you will go right back to your old eating habits. Build the change and you will become accustomed to it. It took me just about a year to lose my 120'ish and I have been staying evened out for two months.

I'm a HUGE fan of Nature's Path Organic cereals. I love the Heritage Flakes, Flax Plus Pumpkin Raisin Crunch, Sunrise Crunchy Vanilla, and Optimum Power Blueberry Cinnamon Flax. I try to get a new one each time I need cereal to taste them all. They're tasty, very good for you, and all non-GMO.

Fantastic! You should be proud of yourself. You look amazing :) Curb that embarrassment! You're getting yourself healthier; there's nothing embarrassing about that. Keep it up!

My local PF isn't the greatest but I need a 24h gym and it's the only one in the area. For $10 a month, I can't complain.

You rock, bro! I'm proud to be one of your MFPals. Keep up the great work :)

I love dinner. Also, eating a big lunch makes me want to fall asleep. So, I usually have about 300-400 for breakfast, 500-600 for lunch, and 900-1000 for dinner.

I asked Santa for a Ninja. Our current blender has about pooped itself.

I have had one since the original and have gotten new versions over the past bunch of years. We recently switched to the Cuisinart Griddler and we absolutely love it. It's more versatile than the Foreman and has different grill types you can swap out for different things. The grills it comes with are reversible so you can…

Awwww yeah! Congrats! :) We're never really done, though! Getting to your goal is step one. Now it's time to stay there :)

This one time at Band Camp, I sprinkled Sensa on an elephant, ate the entire thing, and ended up LOSING 30lbs!

You don't have to look at it as a "cheat meal". Stay within your calorie limits and you can eat any type of food you want. I don't know what your limit per day is, but you can get a nice bowl of pasta with sauce, a small chunk of Italian bread and a glass of wine for around 800 calories.

As soon as they get too big and I replace them, they go to the church's clothing drop-off. I HAVE, however, kept one pair of jeans from when I was my heaviest so that I will never forget what I have accomplished and to remind me to never let myself get that way again.

First off, congrats on your recent engagement! Now, go out and buy a wedding dress that is 8 sizes too small. That's all the motivation you need.

Congrats! You bet it does. As long as you stay consistent and honest with yourself while logging your meals, you WILL see results. But you know that! :)

It takes a lot of determination and self-control. I am addicted to food. That's how I got to be one Big Mac shy of 300lbs. I love the look of it, the smell of it, and the taste of it and I know that will always be inside me. However, I have learned (for the most part) to curb the WANT and focus on the NEED. You can't stop…
