I hear its a forever battle for most people. I also have been told therapy helps. I cant speak from experience though about the therapy.

honestly there is really no replacement. Water is the best option. This may be something you will just have to get past and do it anyways. Try different waters some have better taste than others. I like spring water best personally.

Yes im giving that a try right now. I put on some music to help distract my mind and im just kind of talking to friends and might play a game or something . Anything to distract myself from my unhealthy relationship with food. I guess I never really thought about "why" I binge.

I get between 8k to 10k just at my job alone during the week. If im off work im lucky to get more than 3k.

All that matters to me is that a man has some pride in himself and at least attempts to keep himself clean and trying to look decent. I dont need prince charming. Some of my weaknesses would be a mans eyes, how nice his hair is, his sense of humor.

I get unsalted almonds and I love them. They help keep me full periodically sometimes too. Sadly at the moment I cant eat them because my teeth are still kind of hurting.

One of the best ones I've heard was "I don't know why I'm so overweight, i eat healthy and do everything I'm supposed to do!" as they shovel massive amounts of cheese down their throat. I'm not making fun of them because I'm also guilty of unhealthy eating but its the denial that kills me.

well, I don't notice too much yet as I've only lost about 17 lbs...but I noticed that my liver isn't hurting as much anymore.
