  • that sounds good to me i usually weigh in every wednesday in the evening so its more accurate but have missed a couple times and had to weigh in the next day :)

  • ok so i understand that it is very frusterating but you have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat so with all the exercise you are doing you are going to gain muscle too so just focus on your measurements and not so much the weight to see your progress and go from there and also quit eating the ecercise calories…
