I have tried teh couch to 5K plan as well and it is a very good plan. My asthma give me some issues but I would recomend it.

PHD Diet Whey is very good for getting protein without the calories. The Vanilla and Strawberry are superb.

Thanks for the feedback; it’s always better to error on the side of caution and under log calorie burn than over estimate. I am 6ft tall with a lot of weight to loose and I sweat like a turkey at Christmas. Taking on board your feedback I will log 400 calories for Body Pump and 500 for Combat.

Yes it works and I got to week four but had some major issues with my Asthma and had to stop. But in thoose four weeks it worked and I was running as far as I was supposed to. Might give it another go..

Welome, Three weeks in and I am loving it, some good tips that may help. 1. Log everything, Its amazing how many cals there are in energy / recovery drinks you think help you stay fit. 2. Be motivated by the amout of cals you burn when exercising. I look at it as say a 15mile bike ride will give me an extra 900 cals. 3.…
