You should have LOTS of faith because there is one thing that your story shows: That you don't give up. Now with that attitude you can move mountains. Just gotta keep the faith and stamina up and try to lose it again but if you do- you'll come back. You always have! Let's be friends :)

I went to 3 classes in March - 2 Zumba and 1 Kickboxing. I have 140+ pounds to lose. I couldn't do all of the moves the instructor did, but neither could 50% of the class if not more. My husband and I live with my parents but my mom is also trying to lose weight so she counts the calories of our meals or leaves me the barcode to scan etc. It would be so hard if they were against me! I feel for you!

I LOVE Sketchers. They always fit right. The shoe that I am in love with that I got a couple of weeks ago is called "Stride" in black and pink. I've been on for 5 weeks. My goal is 1750 calories On days I have more than just a light workout, I usually end up eating around 2000 calories (so I eat back a little) I think I'm more of a person that eats back a % but not all. I'd say I eat back on average 50% of the exercise calories. I've lost 11lbs.

I weigh every day and some times it shows I am up a pound when I know it's not from lack of exercise or over on my calories. We are women - it just happens :) I try not to let it get me down and I know it will be gone in a day or two

That is WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!! SUCH an accomplishment! I am 131 lbs overweight and I just finished week 3 (second time doing that week) and I am scared to move on to week 4 still because I feel like I barely finished week 3. So I am sooooooo impressed as another person going through the process!!!!
