I started wearing gloves a few weeks ago and love them! Finally my hands don't hurt during/after workouts, especially ones involving pull-ups, etc. I used to hate having to do those before b/c it was just downright painful. Now with gloves, pull-ups are my new favorite!

seems to me like you're eating too much of the same stuff. aren't you bored having the same thing for lunch and dinner? You're body will learn how to easily digest that chicken breast and potato and then it wont work as hard to do it. You've got to change it up from meal to meal and day to day.

Thank you that all does help. I haven't moved on to Phase 3 eating plan, because I still haven't lost the weight that I intended to, so I was hoping if I can ever grasp the lower carb high protein thing the weight would start to come off. I'm going to start by adding an extra shake daily and see if that can help me.

I'm in my last week of Phase 2! I'm super excited to get into Phase 3 and start to see the *real* results. I haven't really had super success so far though. I tried mine in the pool one time and it didn't work for me. I have one with a chest strap and it kept slipping so it couldnt keep my heart rate. I also do competitive swimming so the pace was fast, my HRM couldnt keep up hahah.

so what you're all saying...is that there is no ---actual food thats much higher in protein than carbs?

What are your suggestions for eating the extra protein. I've been working on a 50%protein 30%carb 20%fat for about a week now and am having super trouble getting protein and am continuously going over on my carbs. What do you think I can do you remedy this?

If I understand what you're saying, I think I have a similar problem. Right where my inner upper right leg connects always pops when i do things like leg raises. Thanks for all of that motivation on the yoga. the first few exercise of AR X (in & outs, bicycles & cruncy frog) REALLY burn in my back---is it because I'm not doing them correctly or because my back isn't strong enough to maintain that position for more that 10 reps?
