I'm 5'6, I started at 124.6lb's on Jan 1st of this year. My goal weight was between 116/115. I'm 115.8lb now! Just switched to maintain my size, But now, My new goal is to tone up. As long as I lose more inches I'm fine with my weight going back up too the 120's.

My tred is very basic and doesn't even have the heart rate thing, like my old one did. So thats why I'm not sure if I can trust what my tred's calories says.

I adore soup and cottage cheese!, so I basicly mix them. Yet, I never put the cottage cheese into the soup...I always spoon the soup onto the cottage cheese....
