If i ever eat anything while training it a small gala apple, avacado, or hazlenuts. Most of the time i wont eat anything. My drink bcaa's or a red bull but thats it for me

If your trying to lose weight, as long as your in a deficit it doesnt matter what you eat. However, if you eat bad youll feel bad. If you eat good...you get it. Depends what your trying to achieve, that determines your next step.

Not sure how long you've been dieting, but if it hasnt been long forget macros. Just focus on what you've been doing that is proving success. Worry about the fine tuned details later. If experienced, depends on what your goal is. Macros depend on what your wanting to achieve.
