I have to eat 45-60 minutes before I work out in the afternoon due to low blood sugar issues if I don't. However, I can workout in the early morning without issue - most of the time. Follow what your body tells you... listen.

In place of sugar you could try Stevia, Splenda or Agave. Agave is metabolized differently and well the other two have No Calories! Lovely recipe. Thanks!

I am 5'9" and larger boned. My goal is 145 pounds. When I weighed 158 my doc said I needed to lose another 10. She was right. Of course I put it all back on... Bone structure is important - I have large wrists, knees, hands... nothing small about me, but 145 is good. 152 is doable! Good Luck!

I hear that WI only in the AM... it is how I do it! I just go crazy when I wear certain clothes and by night they just get all grabby and not in an attractive manner. You can view my diary for the 14th and 15th - I ate very well and exercised! I also just started back on the pill on Sunday the 13th... so although I do gain prior to that time of month... this sort of blew my mind. I tend to swell up daily anyway, but never knew it could be 7 pounds worth!
