I should add that I am trying to lose weight and not maintain. I have about 20-30lbs to lose. I am currently overweight.

I'll check out a macro calculator. Thanks for the tips so far! I'm going to add some juicing in there since that's my preferred way of getting lots of veggies. I was paleo for a long time so eating all these carbs is so weird to me, but I'm doing it (and liking it lol)

I prefer Inov-8 shoes, F-lite 195. I first used these shoes for cross fit, but they're great for insanity too!

In the 3 weeks before you stopped did you have any results? I measured myself on day 1...will do it again on day 30

Hey :) I am following the nutrition plan for the most part, about 95%..that other 5% is still healthy eating though. What about you, are you following it? I haven't started looking forward to the workout yet, but I remind myself of how happy and accomplished I feel after them. Tomorrow is day 4!!! Keep on movin'!

How in the world can I eat 1200 cals a day? What types of food should I be eating? I'm lucky if I eat when I'm hungry and get around 800/900 cals, assuming what I'm eating is healthy. i am starting out with 6lb weights, since thats all I have in my house. That should be fine right? It'll def make the workouts harder but the more weight the betteR?
