I signed up for the leanest version of meal plans this place offers. I get two meals a day. One usually has a complex carb, the other is just meat/veggies. insanity and carbs
I'm concerned with the amount of carbs the meal plan for insanity has set. It seems like so many carbs. I know you need energy for a workout like insanity, I just don't see how eating that many carbs and that much gluten can be best for weight loss? Can someone please share their opinion..tia.

levels in 30DS
I am about to start this today and I was wondering how the different levels work. I'm not at a beginner level, but not a pro either and obviously want the best results. Would I get better results by starting out on level 2 rather than 1? Isn't it level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, and level 3 for 10 days?

sweat stains..
I always have nasty sweat stains under my boobs..idk if it's my boobs or my stomach, but...does anyone else have this??? The area under my boobs and above my belly button is as soaked with sweat as my chest or back is... How can I stop it or hide it?
