I signed up for the leanest version of meal plans this place offers. I get two meals a day. One usually has a complex carb, the other is just meat/veggies. My problem is that the meal with a complex carb is usually not that healthy IMO. For example, one day I had a teriyaki pasta with brown rice that was around 700 cals with 80 carbs and today I was given a steak wrap that is 692 cals, 60 carbs, and 30g fat. My caloric intake goal is around 1500/day. So I can make it work but this really is not that healthy to be eating this many carbs is it? I'm also eating oats for breakfast. My workout regiment is and hour of strength 4-6x week with 30 mins light cardio each day.

I should add that I am trying to lose weight and not maintain. I have about 20-30lbs to lose. I am currently overweight.

Then why are you doing it? Do you pay for it too?

Thanks for the totally useless words. I'm asking others if they feel this is unhealthy.

Maco ratios are very personal. I like 30% protein, 30% fat, 40% carb, but it all depends on the person and how your body reacts to it.

There is nothing inherently unhealthy about eating a lot of carbs as long as you are getting enough protein in your diet. You will lose weight if you eat at a calorie deficit, no matter what the macro ratio is.
