not losing weight, but getting strong

There is a difference to me. I want to rid excess fat and tone up...tightly. What is the best way to do that. Eating clean and working out? What type of workouts should I do? I do lots of cardio to burn fat but I'm not a lifter and don't know where to start...

what I'm doing now:

eating right..jillean michaels 30 day shred, gym 2 hours a day different exercise each day. Some days I spin and do strictly cardio, other days I'm doing bodypump and strength conditioning.
