Date: Monday, March 12 Calories Burned: 846 Exercise: circuit training for 60 mins Loving this challenge so far, it is making me push myself even harder!

I'm right there with you, I just dug through our family pics at Christmas to see if I could find a good before pic of me, the only thing I was able to discover is that I was very good at avoiding the camera. :)

I have been doing the 30DS for the past 60 days or so. The past 30 days I have been doubling up and doing 2 Cycles back to back to keep the challenge up. I have decided it just isn't the workout it used to be so I am going to move up a step to "Burn Fat Boost Metabolism". I have been wanting to take that step for a few…

This sounds like a great change! Good luck with the new routine. One of the main purposes of this challenge is to get us doing something we have wanted to do for a long time but for whatever reason we have put off. Go ahead and try that hot yoga class, it will be awesome!

I was having the same issue until I really started to focus on the sodium intake. Stay away from eating out at all costs as it does not matter where you go it is all loaded with sodium. Also avoid as many processed foods as you can, they can pack a big punch as well. My biggest contributor was deli meat like turkey and…

I do all of my working out at home. It took some trial and error but I finally found a time that works well for me. Some people just aren't morning people so working out in the afternoon/evening is better for them. Others just want to relax in the evening so working out in the morning works better. For me personally I work…

So I know there aren't very many men who actually do this program, but I did and am very happy that I did. I didn't take pictures ( I really should have, I am kicking myself in retrospect), but I was able to see better results than I even thought I would. I lost a total of 23 lbs during the entire process and a ton of…

This is exactly what I do. If I know I am going to have a piece of pizza, a large salad FIRST is a must! By the time I get to the actual piece of pizza I am usually very satisfied with just 1 piece at the most. This coming from a guy that used to be able to polish off 3/4 of a large without even thinking about it.

I loved having a partner, I am excited to do this for the rest of the time!

I finished it in 34 days. I took one day off a week to rest. I ended up losing 23lbs and loved it. In fact right now I am doing two cycles back to back to keep the intensity and challenge up. It continues to work so I continue to use it!

PW: 242.6 CW: 240.5 Not a bad loss, not as much as I was hoping for but I will take it.

PW: 248.3 CW: 242.6 A loss of 5.7lbs, I'm very pleased with this week. Total weight lost for the challenge is 22.4lbs, not too shabby at all.

Great job Black Team, keep up the good work! Let's make it 3 in a row!

I am a little past half way to my goal, so far I am happy with what I have done. I have been sure to watch what I eat very carefully and work out hard every single night. Starting on Monday I will be cranking up the intensity and length of my workouts to make sure I don't plateau. I am excited for the next 6 weeks and to…

PW: 251.5 CW: 248.3 Total Loss 3.2lbs Not a bad week at all. Lost a total of 17lbs in the month of January so I am a happy camper!

PW: 248.9 CW 251.5 I was afraid of this happening, last week I was very sick going into the weigh in and lost a lot more than I expected because I hadn't eaten in several days. Now that I got back to a normal eating and workout schedule I put some of that weight back on. I am confident that it will come back off this week.

I was amongst the sick last week and I know it can be very difficult to stay on track while you are sick. If anything I think it helped me to lose more weight because I didn't have any desire to eat anything during that time. The problem is that I wasn't getting enough calories during that time. Now I am concerned to see…

PW: 258 CW: 256.6 Not as good as last week, but I was traveling much of the week so that didn't help at all! I will get it turned around this week.

I would also like to be in the challenge. My starting weight is 265 and I would like to lose 25lbs in the next 12 weeks. I am a former athlete that is trying to lose quite a bit of weight gain and get back into my former athletic form.
