I wish I lived somewhere warm. Unfortunately I live in a very cold climate and only get a few months out of the year when there are no freezing temps. Most of my weight loss and training was/is done indoors.

I did it for the first 2 months of my weight loss and it worked wonders for me. Lost about 35 pounds with it, I can't recommend it highly enough. Oh yeah and I am still a man despite what some would have you believe. :)
