The number on the scales has never bothered me (this could be why I'm so over weight) as long as I could still wear high street clothes. This became harder and harder to do. It's trying to lose between 6 and 7 stone depending on what this amount of weight will look like on me as I have no idea. Always looking for support and am always happy to support people back x

Lack if nice clothes I can find, being the 'fat' friend, being the one who has to carry my skinny drunk friends home when they are drunk (but I guess that will never change haha)

I'm 25 and live in Essex. I'm also trying the slim fast diet. It seems to be working i have been on it a week and lost 4lbs so can't be all bad. My goal is to shift about 100lbs so still got a long uphill struggle but I will get there, as I'm sure everyone else on here will. Good luck

I keep slim fast bars, cereal bars, crackerbread and laughing cow light cheese around. Anything that's low in fat and has under 100 calories are normally good snacks to keep around
