First stone lost

Today I did my weigh in and I have officially lost 14.8lbs I'm very happy my hard work is now paying off. have a long way to go until I post my before and after pictures but I'm one stone closer to my goal weight yay!!!!

    brilliant keep up the good work nothings better then losing your first stone :D
    im currently stuck on 2 1/2 stone loss but determin to lose the rest :D

    The first stone is the hardest I think (or at least it has been for me) but once you're on the road it's all go from here! Well done sweets, long may it continue :)

    My maths is so diabolical that converting stones to pounds before I could log my weigh-in on MFP every time has been driving me a bit nuts. Your post inspired me to examine my digital scale to see if it had a 'pounds' setting too, and it does. Thanks for taking the unnecessary mental arithmetic out of my day :)

    And well done to the OP for getting to see one less of your stones every day too :)
