I don't exactly have cheat days but I do have a maintenance days about once a week. I have done the research and for my weight etc. I need approximately 1700 calories. I am joining Curves, it worked for me in the past and it will again, 30 minutes to do the circuit, full body workout and stretching, easy but effective.
