Why isn't sodium on my food diary? Any ideas. As for reducing sodium - fresh and homemade. Rinse canned beans and buy low sodium soups and canned tomatoes.

Your bone structure has a lot to do with what's an appropriate weight. Judge by how you feel and look, not by figures on a scale. Definitely don't try to go too low; too skinny is not attractive.

When I lost a substantial amount of weight 12 years ago, I kept looking in the mirror in amazement. "That's really me?" Good job and keep up the good work.

Yup, there is definitely a difference. Maybe you're having a hard time seeing it because you are staying with your clothes style from when you were heavier. Try buying a pair of more form fitting pants (just cheap ones because you say you want to lose more) and it will really show then.

Wouldn't recommend more than 5mg per night. I stopped taking it because of the wild vivid dreams, which meant I was sleeping properly anyway. The dreams are a side effect.

Only drawback is it can cause vivid wild dreams, which means you're not cycling through to Stages 3 and 4 of sleep. Without proper sleep cycles, you will feel fatigued.
