I did read on here the other day that you should half the calories mfp says you have burnt on the cross trainer. Im just going to stick with what it says on here, i dont usually eat back my exercise calories anyway so it doesnt matter a great deal.

Me too! I really struggle getting there some days though. I try to exercise a lot too, so some days i have masses of calories left over. I need ideas for healthy but high calorie snacks

Hi. I didnt want to read and run and im definitely no expert but have you tried changing the type of exercise you do. Sometimes your body can get used to a certain type and it needs a shake up to get the weight loss started again. I may be completely wrong but its an idea.
