5 days a week (sometimes 6) in the gym. Routinely do 3 days of weights (strength training), 1 day for mix martial arts and a day for cardio which 2 games competitive soccer (90 minutes each games). :) Saturday and Sunday is usually a lazy day for me... Gotta love my cheat Sundays... Junk food all day :laugh: hehe
