My advise is to not deprive yourself. Every time I have deprived myself, I have ultimately ended up over indulging which is not what you want to do. Give yourself a treat and just make sure that you ration for it. I have discovered that is the key to success, or at least my success. Good luck on your journey.

I workout at Curves and it is wonderful. I pay 36 a month. Didn't think I would like the whole just women thing but it has turned out to be a very positive and pleasant environment.

I am almost always under but I am allotted 2000 calories because of how much I weight and the amount that I have set to lose each week. My symptoms have really subsided a lot. I don't have near the bloating and water retention that I once did which I think helps with everything else. It has been just one pleasant side effect of losing weight.
