I have been doing the Vi shakes for over a year now and I love them. Plenty of options and it tastes great.

Thanks for the advice about massaging the scarring. It has started to become less of a bother. I will start doing this as well. I really want to push the ab workouts.

My scar still feels awkward. I hate for anyone to touch it, including myself. I keep pushing through as well because I am determined to get that flatter belly. Thanks ladies. I am so glad to not be alone in this.

We have lost about the same about. You look fantastic. Doesn't it feel amazing to look and see that much of a difference? I still have to do double takes every once in a while. Way to go!!!!!!

Hi also from WV. Congrats on quitting smoking. I struggle with that off and on because it is how I relieve stress. I am a 35 year old mother of 2 who understands exactly what you mean about the fat. I started my journey almost 2 years ago at over 300 lbs. I am not hovering around 200. This is a great place to get the…

It wasn't my favorite thing at first but now it has become second nature to me. I have been doing this since July of last year. You will get there. You will start noticing that you don't feel good when you don't work out. That helps motivate you. Good luck.

I am so with you on this one. I was thrilled when I hit the scales and weighted less than my hubby. I have never weighted less than him in all the years we have been married. It is a great NSV.

I have come a long way so I know what you are talking about. I started this journey at 300 lbs. I started MPF when I was 264 and I had plateaued. I am not at 214. It has taken me since January of last year till now to get to where I am at. It happens but all good things come to those who work hard and persevere. Good luck…

I know where you are coming from. I have been so ambitious for so much of my life that I have really not focused on my health. Last January I had an amazing new job...34 and already an Assistant Principal at a large middle school and a wonderful husband and kids. I decided then and there it was time to do it for me. I was…

This is an amazing site. Welcome to the community. I have tried WW as well and it wasn't enough to keep me honest. I woke up a year and a half ago and decided I didn't want to weigh 300 lbs anymore. I joined on her when I hit a plateau as well. The amazing people you will meet on here really help keep you motivated.

I have a high stress, long hours job as well. I began taking a bee pollen extract along with a multi vitamin. I did the bee pollen for a few months to give me the energy boost that I needed and not I don't need it for the boost. It really gave me the push until my natural body system started taking care of the energy I…
