I am new to this site and as of right now I am having a hard time getting the energy to work out. I love running but when you get up at 4am everyday and work in the kitchen which is a high demand job you literally don't have any energy, not to mention the extra weight is contributing to the extra tiredness that I feel. I think that getting a solid 8 hours of sleep and getting up would be beneficial however that is hard to come by does anyone have any ideas on how to get a little more energy to start working out again which I know will give more energy??

My first question would be, are you taking any vitmains/supplements? Sometimes just adding a daily multi vitamin (a good one mind you) is eneough to give you that boost of enery that your need. I personally take Nutrilite Double X- and i notice a difference in how much more tired and "slow moving" I am in the morning if i forget to take it the night before.... Good luck- hope this helps!0

My suggestion would be for you to bring your work-out clothes with you when you go to work. After work, change, and head out the door for a brisk walk. Once you start feeling more into your walks, add running back into it... I know for me, once I get settled at home after work, it's really hard to find the motivation to fit my workout in. Once I'm into a workout-groove it's a lot easier!0

I have a high stress, long hours job as well. I began taking a bee pollen extract along with a multi vitamin. I did the bee pollen for a few months to give me the energy boost that I needed and not I don't need it for the boost. It really gave me the push until my natural body system started taking care of the energy I needed.
This it the site I got them on.....

I still take the multivitamin. It will come you just have to push it when you start then your body will go on autopilot.
Good luck.....0
