Hi there. I am new here. Here's my story. I have struggled with my weight for countless years. Got down to a happy size twice now only to put it back on. The first time I lost weight I didn't really diet I just stopped eating sweets, chocolates and crisps that I used to eat freely to maybe every now and then. I was also at sixth form and started an evening job so I guess I was getting more exercise. I then went to uni and being an inexperienced cook I would make things not like them and snack on the bad stuff. The weight slowly crept back on. When i was back home after finishing my degree I started weight watchers with my mum. I lost about a stone and got stuck. So we changed to slimming world. It took a while but I was almost at target. Then I met my other half and I got down to 2 pound away from target. I am a teacher and had decided to go on a week's residential with my form groups year group. Eating all the food served up ensured I put a few pound back on. Then before I knew it I was on the two week cruise booked earlier that year. Anyone that has been on one will know what that does to your weight. One thing after another and before I knew it I was heavier than when I first started weight watchers.
At the end of the summer last year my then boyfriend proposed. We are getting married in August this year. So now's the time to get the weight off and keep it off. I am still following slimming world but decided to use this to help. I go to a zumba class 60 minutes long every week and do it o the wii when I can.
Hope to get some extra support here.
