My favorite is definitely Fire 45!!! I hate the sculpt and tone videos and usually replace them with something else (eg p90x or 30DS)

I love turbofire! I have done a bunch of the dvds but havent followed the schedule, but that is changing for me today! I really dont like the tone and sculpt dvds so will probably switch those with something else, maybe jillian michaels or p90x so I still get some strength training in!

I drink a lot of water because where I live is so dry! It could have something to do with the climate as well

That picture helps for sure! I have been measuring the center of my legs and its so hard to figure out if you are actually losing inches or just moving the measuring tape!

I also weigh in on Friday mornings! But it could really be any number of things if you just had a small gain. For example if you did a particularly hard workout yesterday your body will store some water to help repair your muscles.

I love cats too! Mines name is Oliver and he is just over a year old. He still has his kitten crazies and loves to play! woah thats really big, but I am not exactly sure how to change it!

Ive done workouts from all of them. On a purely fun standpoint on would go with Turbofire!

I love TF! Its so much fun and Chalene is wonderful. It does take a couple times with each workout to learn how she calls the moves out and what they are but once you do its makes the workouts even more fun. On another note I really dont like the sculpt and toning workouts, Id rather do other types of weight lifting.

Ive also have all three of those! I agree with you in not like the sculpting and toning workouts. I think a combination of TurboFire and P90X would be the best. Some days you can do the cardio from TF and then on other days do strength training with P90X

I have zumba and turbofire, they are both really fun but I like turbofire way more! I think the moves are more fun and the music is a lot better, I also burn more calories with it!

Turbofire is amazing! Its super fun and Chalene is so energetic. Its also pretty intense, I burned 438 calories doing the 45 minute work out today

I am 5'2 and currently 160, I am trying to get down to 125-130! I have lost 8 pounds so far and havent really cut anything from my diet mostly I have been controlling my portion sizes!
