I LOVE this method. I also really like her deva curl hair gel, it works great and doesnt leave my hair super sticky. I tried a bunch of other gels and sprays and nothing working for me.

I never do core 20 and stretch 40! I turn it into a 5 day a week program and sometimes switch them around. I have the calendar printed and just cross them off as they get done. Probably not the most efficient way to do it, but its working well for me!

Does it connect to GPS? I have an app on my cell phone that measures distance and pace and that is how it works. I have found it to be quite accurate and it does give a calorie burn that is really close to what mfp says.

Most presta to shraeder adapters are pretty bad, you get a lot of air leakage. I guess if you are using an air compressor it wont matter. I would just invest in a good pump. Also if your tires are flat right now I would definitely check the tubes, you might just need new tubes (like $5 each) and you can buy schraeder valve…

I gave it up, mostly because I was trying to cut down on aspartame. I didnt have any headaches or anything. I still have one on occasion (mostly when I am hungover haha)

If you look at the calorie burn that mfp will give you as long as you go the same distance, whether you are walking or running you will burn the same amount of calories. Its just up to you how fast you want to finish!

I dont ever do core 20, to me it isnt really worth it. I skipped a lot last week with finals, it happens sometimes. Just jump back in!

The batteries should be okay. It does say to wash in the machine every week or so. I think the problem that I am having is that I used detergent with fabric softener and it says not to. I didnt even realize it! I looked up replacements and they are relatively cheap so I guess I will just get a new one
