I love turbofire! Its a good program that has a lot of options in terms of workout length which is great for me!

I am a grad student and we go out and drink most friday nights, I try to make sure I get in some activity! I ride my bike out and home (total like 6 miles) and try and get in a couple hours of dancing. I figure it all evens out

I weigh myself randomly through the week but only track it on thursday mornings (wednesday is my rest day). It works well for me!

Im 5'2 my goal right now is set to 130, but might readjust when I get closer. Currently around 155

Definitely how everyone started! Flailing around is great, burns lots of calories! Then when you learn the moves you can up the intensity and still get great burns! Thats why I love TF!

Thanks! I did the sculpt first this time, I will do HIIT first next time and see how the calorie burns compare!

Week 2 day 3! I missed about a week because I was out of town but I am just starting back up where I was when I left!

When ever I drink a lot I just dance off those cals! I figure it evens itself out and a girl has to have a good time every now and then!

I got 629 calories when I did the math. That doesnt seem to high for an hour and a half of walking at a good pace

Depending what theater you are at its really not that bad to eat the popcorn. Without butter at the ones near me a small popcorn is about 400 calories. Popcorn in general is a low calorie snack

I used to only drink diet pepsi and never water, but gave it up a little over a month ago. I feel a lot better, more energy and everything. Every now and then I get a craving for one but resist!

You look great! I am 5'2 and 156 right now, but started at 168 and have lost the first 12 pounds doing other things. I hope that I will see results like you have using turbofire!

I HATE the tone and sculpt. I am thinking about just doing a jillian michaels dvd those days so I get some strength training in. I hate those silly bands and would prefer to use weights. I have heard good things about chalean extreme but dont know much about it, I might try that but am not sure

I have just started as well! Tomorrow is day 3 for me, I am going to do my best to get through the 90 days and then move on to the advanced!

I just started with the actual schedule yesterday and have done Fire 30 and HIIT 15 so far! Its so fun! I am glad that I have been doing the videos sporadically for the last 2 months because now I know all the moves and the way she calls them so I get more out of it!
